2. Platform services

The platform offers RFQ submission, direct purchasing, service booking, and bulk/project sourcing. All transactions are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. User obligations

Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and maintain account confidentiality.

4. Orders and RFQ

Orders, quotations, and service requests are subject to confirmation, pricing validation, and availability.

5. Vendor and third-party services

Factory Clix works with verified suppliers and service partners but does not manufacture products unless specified. Delivery and service performance depend on vendor agreements.

6. Compliance responsibility

Users must ensure proper use of sourced products and services according to applicable industrial, safety, and local or international laws.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and platform materials belong to Factory Clix and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Factory Clix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or third-party disruptions.

9. Updates

Terms may be updated without prior notice. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial laws of the operating jurisdiction.

11. International trade and export

For cross-border transactions, customers are responsible for customs duties, import regulations, and compliance with international trade laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any disputes arising from platform use shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration under applicable commercial laws of the governing jurisdiction.

Refund policy

Factory Clix aims to ensure customer satisfaction across all procurement transactions.

Eligibility for refund

A refund may be considered when the wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged in transit, the product does not match the agreed specification, or a cancellation is approved before dispatch.

Non-refundable cases

Used or damaged products after delivery, custom or special-order products, and bulk or project supply orders once processed are not refundable. Delays caused by logistics partners beyond our control are also outside a refund.

Refund process

Eligible refunds are processed after verification and depend on the payment mode and banking channels.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or processing confirmation.

Cancellation terms

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. Service bookings may be cancelled prior to scheduled execution.

Strict bulk order terms

Once a bulk order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will not be provided once the order has been confirmed and the purchase order has been issued.

Rights reserved

Factory Clix reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, supply issues, or policy violations.

Estimated timelines are provided at order confirmation and vary based on product type, bulk quantity, and location.

Shipping charges

Delivery delays and liability

Factory Clix is not liable for delays caused by customs clearances, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.

This Payment and Billing Policy governs all financial transactions conducted through the Factory Clix platform, including product purchases, service bookings, RFQ orders, and project supply transactions. By using the platform, users agree to comply with this policy.

2. Accepted payment methods

Factory Clix may accept bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, or SWIFT), credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI and other digital payments, and approved business credit terms. Availability of a method can vary.

3. Payment terms

Standard orders: full payment may be required at the time of order confirmation unless credit terms are approved.

RFQ, bulk, and project orders: payment may include an advance, milestone payments, or full settlement as per the quotation. Custom pricing is defined in the official agreement.

4. Credit terms

Factory Clix may offer credit facilities to approved businesses. Credit periods and limits are defined in writing. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

5. Invoicing and billing

Official invoices are issued for confirmed transactions. Customers are responsible for verifying billing details and reporting discrepancies within the specified timeframe.

6. Taxes and duties

All applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or local taxes) are charged as per governing laws. For international trade, customers are responsible for customs duties and import regulations.

7. Late payments and penalties

Delayed payments may result in an order hold, service suspension, or cancellation. Interest or late fees may apply as per the agreed commercial terms.

8. Payment security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect transactions. Users must keep payment credentials secure.

10. Disputes

Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of invoice issuance. Valid disputes are resolved in accordance with internal policies.
