The desk sizes what it can from NBC 2016 Part 4, IS 15105, IS 3844, IS 13039, TAC, NFPA 13, NFPA 20, IS 732, IS 3043, IS 2189, ISHRAE and ASHRAE 62.1, draws the P&ID or single-line diagram, the scaled plan, both elevations, section A-A and the isometric, and writes the bill. A PEB shed takes length, width, eave, bay, slope, basic wind speed, crane and cladding, and draws the framing plan, the anchor bolt plan, both elevations, section A-A and a rotatable 3D model. Fire suppression and fire detection sit under Fire protection, not as a separate project type. A mark you add on the sheet is saved with the download. A licensed engineer still stamps the issue.

  • 2,000 m² is the area of one floor, 2 floors, 8 m height. Sprinkler heads, sprinkler branch pipe and smoke detectors are that floor counted again on every floor. The sprinkler pump stays on the remote design area.
  • Prices on the quotation are ex-GST. A catalogue match is used first. Where the catalogue has no price, a published Indian rate plus 20% is used and the source is on the line.   • This is an enquiry BOQ, not a sanctioned design. A licensed consultant stamps the drawing before construction.
  • Net metering is with the DISCOM. The electrical inspector (CEIG) clears the plant where the state rule requires it. Use ALMM modules when the tender or the DISCOM asks. Earthing is IS 3043.

Supply is the material and the transport. Installation is erection, testing and commissioning, and the other site services. Each section has its own ex-GST subtotal. GST and the grand total follow.
