Fire suppression and fire detection sit under Fire protection, not as a separate project type. A mark you add on the sheet is saved with the download. A licensed engineer still stamps the issue.

  • Prices on the quotation are ex-GST. A catalogue match is used first. Where the catalogue has no price, a published Indian rate plus 20% is used and the source is on the line. GST at 18% is added on every material line. A price the source already quoted including GST is converted to the ex-GST rate and 18% is shown separately. Erection and installation labour is 10% of that system's material subtotal, testing and commissioning 2%, and transport 3%. GST 18% is added on those allowances.
  • The shed calculation is a preliminary to IS 800 and IS 875. A licensed structural engineer stamps the drawing before fabrication.
  • Single span 48 × 20 m, eave 7 m, 9 pinned-base rigid frames at 6 m. Ends are rigid frames too, not bearing frames.
  • Terrain category 2, class from the longer side, topography factor 1, openings 5–20% so Cpi is ±0.5. The site basic wind speed is the value you entered from IS 875-3. It is not a city lookup.
  • Knee moment wL²/16 is a preliminary pinned-portal value. It is not a second-order frame analysis, and it is not a sanction.
  • Catalogue lots are used where they exist. Anchor bolts, the eave gutter, skylights, sandwich panels, a crane above 10 t and a plate-girder runway use a published Indian rate plus 20%. Erection is 10% of this system's material subtotal, testing and commissioning 2%, and transport 3%.
