A PEB shed takes length, width, eave, bay, slope, basic wind speed, crane and cladding, and draws the framing plan, the anchor bolt plan, both elevations, section A-A and a rotatable 3D model. Fire suppression and fire detection sit under Fire protection, not as a separate project type. A mark you add on the sheet is saved with the download. A licensed engineer still stamps the issue.

Supply is the material and the transport. Installation is erection, testing and commissioning, and the other site services. Each section has its own ex-GST subtotal. GST and the grand total follow. A catalogue match is used when the catalogue has a price. Where it does not, the rate is a published Indian marketplace or maker price plus 20%, and the source is on the line. Every material rate is ex-GST, and GST at 18% is added on it. A published price that already included GST is converted to the ex-GST figure and 18% is shown separately.
