Fire, HVAC, electrical, piping, fittings, switchyard, chemical process, ETP, solar and civil. Open a project. The drawing, the standards and the priced bill sit on the same sheet. Rates are market rates, ex-GST.
Procure
- 2,000 m² built-up, 2 floors, 8 m height, industrial occupancy.
- Rates on the quotation are catalogue market rates, ex-GST. Freight, erection and statutory fees are extra.
- Pipe length is an allowance from floor area, not a measured isometric.
Standards
- IS 1239 — GI pipe, light, medium and heavy, each with its own MOQ
- IS 3589 / ASTM A106 — MS ERW and seamless
- ASTM A312 — Stainless pipe
- IS 800 / IS 875 — Pipe-rack steel and wind
Statutory
- This is an enquiry BOQ, not a sanctioned design. A licensed consultant stamps drawings before construction.
- Critical vessels, boilers, gas banks and petroleum tanks need a chartered engineer or the statutory inspector before dispatch.
- Steam pipe is an IBR job. Petroleum, solvent and compressed-gas lines follow PESO where the storage crosses the threshold. Hot or large-bore lines need a pipe-stress check.
- The pipe rack is a structure. A structural engineer designs it to IS 800 and IS 875 and stamps the GA before fabrication.
