- Rates on the quotation are catalogue market rates, ex-GST. Freight, erection and statutory fees are extra.
Standards
- CPCB / CTE-CTO — Effluent consent fixes the outlet, not this allowance
Statutory
- This is an enquiry BOQ, not a sanctioned design. A licensed consultant stamps drawings before construction.
- Critical vessels, boilers, gas banks and petroleum tanks need a chartered engineer or the statutory inspector before dispatch.
- Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State Pollution Control Board. In Gujarat that is GPCB. Hazardous sludge needs authorisation under the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules. The consent limits replace this allowance.
