- Rates on the quotation are catalogue market rates, ex-GST. Freight, erection and statutory fees are extra.

- NBC 2016 / IS 456 / IS 1786 / IS 1893 / IS 800 — Concrete, reinforcement, seismic design and structural steel
Statutory
- This is an enquiry BOQ, not a sanctioned design. A licensed consultant stamps drawings before construction.
- Critical vessels, boilers, gas banks and petroleum tanks need a chartered engineer or the statutory inspector before dispatch.
- Building permission from the local authority. Structural design is stamped to NBC, IS 456 and IS 1893. Ahmedabad is seismic zone III unless the site geotech says otherwise. IS 875 covers wind on a shed.
